While helping to design and build LuLu’s, we couldn’t find the architectural art we were looking for, so Linda Lauby took her Nikon D2X and photographed images within half a mile of the restaurant. Her photos of train tracks, girders, overpasses and support beams are digitally enhanced, cut and layered to create final pieces that are then printed on art canvas with archival inks. Some of Linda’s “artography” images incorporate up to twenty different pictures. Her Richmond pictures comprise her “Tribute to Ayn Rand” gallery.
